中西医结合学科是辽宁省一级重点学科，其中包括中西医结合临床和中西医结合基础两个二级重点学科。同时中西医结合临床是我校唯一的国家级重点学科。

本学科2005年成为一级博士学位授权点，2007年成功获批为中西医结合博士后流动站，同时拥有辽宁省中西医结合创新团队、辽宁省教育厅重点实验室、国家中医药管理局分子生物学实验室（三级）。我校中西医结合学科具有悠久的历史，经过数十年发展，业已形成了稳定的学科方向，拥有多名在国内相关领域享有较高声誉的专家，学科目前主要在中西医结合防治老年脑病、中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤、中西医结合防治皮肤病和中西医结合防治肝胆疾病等方向开展基础与临床工作。在科研上，学科主要研究方向是：

1. 中西医结合防治老年脑病的临床与实验研究、藏象学说的本质及其应用

2. 中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤的临床与基础研究

3. 中西医结合防治皮肤病的临床与基础研究

4. 中西医结合防治肝胆疾病的临床与基础研究

近五年，先后承担国家自然科学基金4项（“滋补脾阴方药对兴奋性传递中树突棘调控的分子机制研究”；“糖尿病脑病的内质网应激机制及滋补脾阴方药干预研究”；“白癜风发生与发展中的调节性T细胞机制研究”；“β－榄香烯对肿瘤乏氧细胞放射增敏作用及其靶点筛选的研究”）。共获得辽宁省科技进步三等奖8项（滋补脾阴方药对脑衰老的防治作用机制研究；中西医结合治疗白癜风的临床及实验研究；中药逆转肿瘤化疗多药耐药性的机制及其应用等），发表学术论文968篇，其中SCI收录论文18篇。学科现有教授8人，副教授16人，博士学位10人。学科今后将继续致力于中西医结合防治脑病、肿瘤、皮肤病、肝胆疾病的基础和临床研究，力争将本学科建成特色鲜明、国内一流、国际知名的中西医结合学科。把本学科建设成为能解决临床疑难病症治疗的临床基地；具有承担国家重大科研项目，开展中西医结合基础理论研究及一定的新药开发能力研究基地；成为中西医结合博士生、博士后研究人员及留学生等高层次的人才培养基地。

                Integrated traditional and westen medicine

Integrated traditional and westen medicine is first-level key discipline in Liaoning province， including basic and clinical research. What’s more， integrated traditional and westen clinical medicine is unique national key discipline in our school.

Integrated traditional and westen medicine is first-level discipline doctor program from 2005， post-doctoral mobile station from 2007， and also including the Liaoning provincial innovation team， key laboratory from Liaoning Education Department and the molecular biology laboratory from State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ 3rd grade）. Our school has a long history in reseach of integrated traditional and westen medicine. In almost 50 years， we form stable research directions， have several famous experts in this field. At present， our basic and clinical researches are concerning prevention and treatment of senium cerebropathia， malignant tumor， dermatosis and hepatobiliary disease by integrated traditional and westen medicine. Our main research directions are as follows，

1. Basic and clinical researches about prevention and treatment of senium cerebropathia by integrated traditional and western medicine and the essence and application of viscera-state doctrine.

2. Basic and clinical researches of prevention and treatment of malignant tumor by integrated traditional and western medicine.

3. Basic and clinical researches of prevention and treatment of dermatosis by integrated traditional and western medicine.

4. Basic and clinical researches of prevention and treatment of hepatobiliary disease by integrated traditional and western medicine.

In the last five years， we continuous undertake four projects granted by the State Natural Science Foundation（including the mechanism of the effect of ZiBu PiYin Recipe on dendritic spines， the mechanism of endoplasmic reticulum stress and the intervention study of ZiBu PiYin Recipe ， the regulatory T cells mechanism in vitiligo occurrence development， effects of β-elemene on the tumor cell hypoxia Radiosensitization and the target selection research）， and have got the third technological progress prize from Liaoning government 8 times（including the anti-aging role and mechanism of ZiBu PiYin Recipe， the experiment and clinical researches of prevention and treatment of vitiligo by integrated traditional and western medicine， Chinese medicine reverse tumor chemotherapy multidrug resistance mechanisms and their application） and published more than 968 papers， including 18 papers from SCI. In our discipline， there are 8 professors， 16 associate professors，and 10 people have doctor degree. We are devoted to develop the prevention and treatment of senium cerebropathia， malignant tumor， dermatosis， hepatobiliary disease by integrated traditional and westen medicine， and build national first-rate， international famous discipline with distinctive characteristics. Try our best to turn this discipline into a clinical base to solve the complicated clinical diseases， a search base which can undertake major national research projects and carry out traditional chinese and western medicine fundamental researches and have certain ability to develop new drugs. To be a talent personnel training base of integrated traditional and westen medicine doctor， post-doctoral researchers and foreign students at higher level.
